Guangdong UDIAN Digital New Energy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "UDIAN Digital Group") is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It has three subsidiaries: UDIAN Digital New Energy, UDIAN IoT, and UDIAN Industrial. Its business scope covers three major sectors: smart charging, smart energy saving, and smart community. The group integrates photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging, forming a diverse and complementary energy system, providing global customers with hardware equipment, sharing platforms, user services, and data value-added services.

The group currently has the Shenzhen Operations Center, Shenzhen Big Data Center, Guangzhou Production Base, Nanning Industry-Academia-Research Base (Guilin University of Electronic Technology), and 28 branch companies. It has entered over 35,000 communities and registered over 5,000 global service providers, serving 500 million users worldwide for urban transportation. The various industrial sectors under the group are constantly innovating and developing, continuously creating social value through industrial synergy effects, and forming distinctive competitive advantages and industry influence.
